Rate for balconies for the 7 night cruise out of New Orleans had lasted a little longer. By the time I checked with my husband and got back to DLC's site all the balconies were gone! My husband and I cruise A LOT and Jeanne handles our cruise reservations quickly and efficiently. Jeanne always gets back to us immediately if we have any questions and should there be any difficulties once on-board she takes care of those issues promptly. We have been cruising for over 30 years and our reservations have been handled by a number of DLC employees but by far we have found Jeanne to be THE BEST.
